Each Program is PROGRESSIVE and PURPOSEFUL, holds you ACCOUNTABLE even though you can do it on your own time, and allows you to get the PERSONALIZED coaching you NEED to do the TRAINING that you WANT. All of the Programs are MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS for an APP that includes 1 new workout each week, accountability to track and check off workouts, and gives you access to ask questions or submit results for personalized coaching. Prices are monthly (excluding courses).
The Foundational Program is a Monthly Membership that will take you through the basics of Pilates and functional movement. Great for beginners or anyone who might have injuries or restrictions in movement!
The Intermediate Program is a Monthly Membership that furthers your practice of Pilates at an Intermediate Level. We will start with the basics and progress and get stronger together!
The Advanced Program is a Monthly Membership for clients who have progressed through the Intermediate Program and want a challenge! It's the same great Pilates exercises without any fluff! This Program is not the traditional class format but instead I assign you a combination of individual exercises with demo videos to create workouts that will build your strength!
In the Suspension Training Program you will get INTENSE but FUN training using a Suspension apparatus (like the TRX) with this Monthly Membership. One of my favorite ways to do Pilates! SO challenging and a great way to train your body differently but with the same Pilates principles we all love!
A Monthly Program that incorporates Mobility, Stretching, Fascial Release (foam rolling) and calming movement sessions to help release tension and stress. A wonderful way to take care of yourself and your body as you invest in your health.
Get specific Personalized Cardio Training Recommendations and accountability to keep up your training! I will never recommend running and still keep you moving and changing up things to ensure cardio isn't boring! This program is a Monthly Membership.
Cycle length depends on which equipment you have available. You will be able to choose between walking, elliptical, bike or a combination of all.
This Monthly Membership Program is a combination of *your choice of a Mat/TRX Program* as well as the Cardio Program and the Breathe & Release Program. You get it all with this one!
