  • 5 total Private Sessions
  • Initial Private Consultation to share your goals, needs, lifestyle, questions, etc.
  • Private Coaching Plan Session for me to give you personalized recommendations catered specifically to you, your needs and your life.
  • 3 follow-up Private Coaching sessions every 2 weeks for 2 months to ensure that you are being taken care of and feeling great.

  • I will set you up for success and walk alongside you the whole way.
