Simply click on any workout you want, Create an Account and Purchase the Pass for the workout and you will get the link emailed to you so you can do the workout whenever you want, as many times as you want! There will be more workouts added weekly!
This is a good mix of foundational and intermediate work. You will want to have a resistance band and small weights to use for the workout.
This is an advanced functional workout with some high intensity exercises! Not for the faint of heart! You will want to have some slippery socks to use and you can also add some light handweights or ankle/wrist weights for additional challenge!
You will use a foam roller and an optional therapy ball/racquet ball in this therapy session.
