New Clients

New clients must complete 1 Private Pilates Session - we will discuss any injuries or weak areas as well as walk through the principles of Pilates to help get you started on the right track!

Signing Up for Sessions & Memberships

You must book into a Session at least 24 hours prior to the Session time.


Private and Duet Sessions will be scheduled per client.


No refunds for any Sessions or Memberships.


Sessions expire 90 days after purchase.

Cancellation Policy

You must give 24 hour notice if you need to cancel a Session or else you will lose that Session credit.


If any Group Session is scheduled to have only 1 person in it at the 24 hour mark, the Instructor may need to reschedule or the remaining client will have the option to double-punch their pass to still come for a discounted Private Session.


No refunds for any Sessions or Memberships.


Wellness Memberships are month-to-month and will auto-renew on the first day of each month.  If you want to cancel your Membership for the next month, please do so before the start of that month or your account will be charged.

Safety

If you have a physical issue (major injuries or pregnancy for example) that may affect your ability/safety to workout, we require a copy of a doctor's note for our files.


Everyone must wear gripper socks in the Studio (available for purchase at the Studio) for safety and cleanliness.  Please leave shoes and other personal items at the front.


Socks or shoes must be worn in the Wellness Center at all times, 

including in the sauna (we suggest flip-flops in the sauna please).


The sauna is only to be used by clients who feel confident they can tolerate it well.  Please talk with a doctor if you have any questions.


The Pilates Studio is not accessible to anyone outside of scheduled Sessions.


No guests or children under 16 allowed in the Wellness Center.
