Our recommendation is for you to have a consistent Pilates workout 2-3 times a week
while incorporating regular cardio, recovery and rest (for your body as well as your mind) into your fitness routine.
Equipment Sessions include work on the Reformer, Chair, V2Max (Cadillac), and other light equipment. Because of our small group sizes, every Session is personalized and specifically programmed for each client attending the session. You will be consistently and intentionally progressing as the instructor helps you grow stronger and more aligned and balanced, all while keeping you safe.
